What to expect from Ed Morse Tampa Collision Center

Our collision repair shop is fully equipped with 8 vehicle lifts and 5 drive on frame machines. We have 2 up to date digital measuring systems to ensure your vehicle is back to pre-accident specification before leaving our hands. We also have a complete mechanical area with 6 Structural Realignment machine systems. We offer a guarantee on our workmanship and parts are warrantied by the appropriate supplier (Parts warranties may vary). The paint department is equipped with 1 paint prep stations and 3 downdraft paint booths. We use only high quality products and computerized color matching technology to produce the original factory finish. We work directly with a glass supplier for glass replacement. We offer rental car services, courtesy shuttles and work with a towing company to handle all aspects and needs for our customers during the repair process.

If you’ve had an accident and need repairs on your vehicle, here’s what to expect from the Ed Morse Tampa Collision Center.

Have your vehicle towed to the Ed Morse Tampa Collision Center – or drive it here, if it is in safe condition – we are located at 101 East Fletcher Ave in Tampa. We have a night drop area if you need to drop off your vehicle after hours.  If you need towing assistance please call us.

Contact your insurance company advise them you would like to have your vehicle repaired at Ed Morse Tampa Collision Center, and the insurance company will advise you of their procedures.

Once the your estimate has been written and the collision center has received approval, the parts are ordered and a repair time is scheduled for your repair. You will also be provided with an estimated completion date.

The collision estimator will provide you with a copy of your estimate, inform you of your financial responsibility. At this time, you can pick up your rental vehicle if covered by your insurance / or self pay or request a courtesy ride, our courtesy driver will also pick you up when your repairs are completed.

While your vehicle is being repaired, your collision estimator will provide you with timely updates.

Once your vehicle is completed, your collision estimator will contact you to schedule a pick-up time.

Your financial obligation is due upon pick-up of your vehicle.
